DirectBuy claims to offer the members of its exclusive club products at lower prices than retailers. All over the internet, there are many people proclaiming that Direct Buy is a scam and after the membership fee there are no real savings. I read all of this before going and investigating the DirectBuy claim myself. My outcome was the antithesis of what I read online.

Months before my initial trip to the DirectBuy Showroom, a colleague signed my wife and I up for a visitor’s pass but we passed on the offer. After buying a condo, we decided we wanted to renovate it and wanted to see what Direct Buy had to offer. We left the showroom as DirectBuy members, but still were a little skeptical.

After doing our research on what we would need for our renovation project and comparing prices, we were very pleased we decided to join. The renovation has been great, and everyone in the showroom was very helpful with assisting us in finding exactly what we wanted. We never even bothered to compare our savings to our membership fee until a little while ago. In the end, we came out on the upper end. I would suggest DirectBuy to anyone who asks me about it.
